Weekend Worskhop:   Friday 4-7:00 pm PST and Saturday 8 am - 3:00 pm PST

8 Week Series:  Wednesdays,  6:00 pm - 7:15 pm PST


 What materials do I need?

  • Couples Workbook per couple.  As part of your registration fee, you will receive either hard copies via USPS or virtual workbooks.  You will be notified via email by The Gottman Institute to claim your virtual workbooks through Gottman.com.
  • We will be using The Gottman Card Deck app on your phone.  


Will I have to share personal information with the group?

This workshop is not intended for personal sharing.  It is however an opportunity for you and your partner to share with one another in the privacy of your own home.  I am here to assist you with the exercises if you get stuck.  


Pets vs. Children, who is welcome in the workshop?

Family pets are always welcome.  Additional humans however are not welcome in this workshop.  Please ensure that you are in a private space free of distractions (i.e. children).
